We are a group of biologists, working in a range of habitats, applying tools from network science and physics to understand how ecosystems form, change in time, and fall apart. We are particularly interested in questions that link phenomena across biological scales – namely, how the traits and behaviors of individual animals control dynamics of entire ecological systems.
